Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields
  • Proven experience (typically 1 to 3 years) in project coordination, product operations, or implementation in fintechs, analytics, or fraud/risk areas
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Customer Experience (CX), and technical teams
  • Knowledge of fraud detection processes, risk models, or decision systems
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and coordinate deliverables across teams
  • Analytical skills to interpret application results, KPIs, and customer impact metrics
  • Experience with continuous product evolution (improvements, adjustments, and increments in production environments)
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, aligning priorities across different areas
  • Organization to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with anti-fraud platforms, decision engines, or risk scoring systems
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Agile) and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and experience improvement (CX)
  • Experience working with data (SQL, dashboards, or tools like Power BI/Tableau)
  • Background in financial services, credit bureaus, or payments
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, experimentation, and performance optimization
  • Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, or similar)
