We are currently looking for a person to join our store as a CUSTOMER ADVISOR (m/f/x).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Competent advice on clothing and style
- Being an ambassador of our brand
- Building long-term relationships with existing customers and acquiring new ones
- Working independently on tasks
- Presenting merchandise and maintaining VM standards
- Handling complaints
- Keeping the store looking attractive
- Operating the cash register
YOUR SKILLS
- Ability to work in a team
- Experience in sales and professional customer service
- Interest in fashion
- Ease in establishing contacts and building relationships
- Openness and goal orientation
- Knowledge of sales techniques
- English language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends
