Job Description
Hybrid role in São Paulo/SP or Blumenau/SC
- Lead a team of specialists in managing Serasa's strategic partnerships, working with credit recovery and sub-acquiring products, with a focus on the utilities segment.
- Manage commercial negotiations with major partners, develop and ensure the best execution of strategic plans, and generate data-driven insights to create growth levers within your client portfolio.
- Seek new business opportunities;

- Develop improvement projects and problem resolution;
- Daily interaction with teams and leaders from the Product, Technology, Data, Marketing, Hunting, and Legal areas, both from Serasa and from partners, taking a leading role in directing this multidisciplinary team in pursuit of the best results.
