Job Description
Hybrid work in São Paulo/SP or Blumenau/SC
- Lead a team of specialists in managing Serasa's strategic partnerships, working with debt recovery and sub-acquiring products, with a focus on the utilities segment.
- Manage commercial negotiations with major partners, develop and ensure the best execution of strategic plans, and generate data-driven insights to create growth levers within your client portfolio.
- Pursue new business;

- Develop improvement projects and problem-solving initiatives;
- Engage daily with the teams and leaders of the Product, Technology, Data, Marketing, Hunting and Legal areas, both at Serasa and at partners, taking the lead in directing this multidisciplinary team in pursuit of the best results.
