We're a small, highly ambitious, autonomous team scaling fast with real traction - nine million downloads, featured across Vogue, the Drew Barrymore Show, BBC, Forbes, and more. You'll be joining at a moment where your work directly moves the needle on growth and culture.

We operate a four-day week with unlimited holidays and hybrid working. You'll work closely with the Founder and CEO, CGO, Head of Product & Marketing, and Brand Director - owning how our brand comes to life through content and how we drive attention at scale.

This role is critical to our next stage of growth. You’ll own top-of-funnel growth through content -driving reach, discovery, and audience growth, and building the systems that allow content to scale far beyond your own output.

What you'll bring:

Clear evidence of having driven reach and growth - with examples you can talk through in detail Autonomous Proven experience growing an audience, platform, or content channel Strong content creation skills (shooting and editing) Experience working with creators or partnerships in a content-led, social-first way A strong understanding of how content drives top-of-funnel growth Highly autonomous - you take ownership, move quickly, and don’t wait for direction You bring both cultural credibility and commercial awareness - understanding how to create content that resonates and performs.

Preferred but not required experience in:

Experience in a culturally-led or editorial environment (e.g. fashion, media, publishing) Experience working on a consumer app or product-led company Experience building content formats or systems that scale Understanding of how paid can amplify organic performance, even if not directly managingit

What you'll be doing:

Driving reach and awareness at scale Building content formats and series that consistently perform Using creators, partnerships, and community as distribution levers Own and drive reach, awareness, and audience growth across social platforms Increase Whering’s share of voice - getting the brand seen more often by the right audiences Generate organic attention at scale, without reliance on paid channels Create and publish high-performing, platform-native content (TikTok, Instagram and beyond) Own content end-to-end (concept → shoot → edit → publish) Build formats designed to be repeatable and scalable, not one-off posts Identify and work with creators, talent, and partners to drive reach and cultural credibility through content Brief and manage creators to produce content aligned with Whering’s formats and brand Build repeatable ways of working with creators that consistently generate high-performing content Explore scalable models (e.g. ambassador networks, recurring creator formats, UGC systems, in-app share campaigns) Ensure content is produced with clear purpose and distribution Engage directly with the audience through comments, DMs, and interactions Turn content into participation - not just passive consumption Amplify strong UGC and community behaviour Track key metrics (reach, engagement, shares, installs) Identify what’s working early and double down quickly Turn strong content into repeatable formats and scalable systems Continuously refine output to ensure content is driving impact, not just volume Work closely with the CRM team to bring content into in-app and lifecycle touchpoints Ensure content supports activation, understanding, and behaviour Translate high-performing content ideas into formats that can work across surfaces Explore ways to elevate in-app content through editorial voices (e.g. editors, writers, contributors) to bring fresh perspective and cultural relevance
