Are you passionate about supply chain planning and want to not only advise, but inspire?
aflexio is a dynamic consulting company for supply chain planning, and we support our clients especially in production and demand planning, integrated supply chain and network planning, and in managing manufacturing and logistics processes.
With around 40 employees, we are a modern, personal team with short decision-making paths and a 4-day week. We use the informal "du" with each other, celebrate successes together, and stay in regular contact despite being spread across Germany – whether at sporting events, team events, or culinary get-togethers.
What awaits you ...
- Solution-oriented consulting for our clients with a focus on integrated Supply Chain Planning processes
- Implementation of production planning and fine-scheduling systems
- Process modeling and design, as well as active support for change management
- (Partial) project management in client projects
- Co-designing and further developing our portfolio
What you bring ...
- Solid experience in managing Supply Chain Management processes and the motivation to successfully bring them to market
- Passion for Sales & Operations Planning and consulting
- Experience in implementation and rollout projects, ideally in SAP IBP
- Very good German and English skills (C1 or better)
- Residence in Germany
What we offer you ...
- 4-day week: With us, you have every weekend off!
- Flexible working hours: Whether early bird or night owl, you'll find your ideal working time.
- 6 weeks of vacation: You enjoy 24 vacation days, since we only work 4 days a week.
- Top equipment: You receive everything you need to work.
- Mobility budget: JobRad, company car, rail ticket? You decide how you get around.
- Edenred City Card or EGYM Wellpass: €50/month on top for dining out, shopping, or fitness.
- Team events: Celebrating, eating, laughing – regularly!
- And we even have our own beehive – sustainability rocks!
