Job Description
We are looking for a professional with strong data orientation and strategic vision to lead commercial performance initiatives for Inside Sales. This person will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, supporting executive decisions, and driving sales results, with a focus on efficiency and sustainable growth.
Qualifications
What we're looking for in you:
- Solid experience in commercial performance, Planning, BI, or related areas
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Advanced Excel / data analysis tools
- Excellent PowerPoint skills (executive presentations)
- Strong analytical capability and critical thinking
- Experience building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Familiarity with credit bureau data (Serasa, SPC, Boa Vista, etc.)
- Clear communication and ability to influence stakeholders
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Analyze and monitor commercial KPIs (conversion, CAC, LTV, churn, revenue, among others)
- Develop dashboards and management reports to track performance
- Generate strategic insights from large volumes of data
- Support leadership with clear, results-oriented executive presentations
- Identify improvement opportunities in commercial processes, sales funnel, and digitalization with AI support
- Work together with sales, marketing, product, and technology teams
- Build and automate databases for continuous analysis
- Support the definition of targets and commercial planning, as well as digital transformation projects for the channel
Differentials:
- Experience in fintechs, banks, or credit companies
- Knowledge of data modeling and statistics
- Experience with Python or data science tools
- Background in commercial planning or pricing
- Experience with process automation
