Job Description
We are looking for a commercial specialist with a consultative, analytical and results-oriented profile, who acts strategically in the management and expansion of business in the customer portfolio, combining Hunter skills (generation of new opportunities) and Farmer skills (retention and revenue growth).
- Preserve, expand and maximize the revenue of the portfolio under your management, ensuring sustainable growth;
- Develop commercial strategies to increase market share and representation by identifying Cross-Sell and Upsell opportunities;
- Collect, structure and share customer feedback with internal areas, influencing product evolution;
- Use AI to manage sales flows and perform market mapping;
- Act across all stages of the sales journey.
Qualifications
- Experience with the complete sales cycle
- Protagonist, resilient and results-oriented profile
- Experience with data visualization;
- Experience with AI tools;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- Knowledge of Salesforce tools and customer management for portfolio tracking
- Results-oriented profile, with strategic vision and execution capacity
