Job Description
The mission will take place at the heart of the relationship between the operational Back-Office Credit teams and IT, in order to drive the evolution of tools and business processes.
Participation in strategic developments for credit management software in France and internationally.
In this context, the main missions are:
- Collecting, arbitrating, and prioritizing internal client needs
- Drafting business requirements and reviewing IT functional specifications
- End-to-end testing (or monitoring) on impacted IT systems
- Managing the deployment of updates
- Leading change management for Back-Office users (drafting user guides, training, etc.)
- Facilitating workshops, coordinating various contributors, and reporting on the progress of the scope entrusted to you.
Skills in Python are a real plus.
Qualifications
- You have a good knowledge of the finance sector
- You have remarkable analytical and writing skills.
- You are able to communicate effectively with both developers and the business side.
- Your English is fluent.
