Job Description
The mission will take place at the heart of the relationship between Back-Office Credit operational teams and IT to drive the evolution of tools and business processes.
Participation in strategic developments of credit management software in France and internationally.
In this context, the main responsibilities:

Collection, arbitration, and prioritization of internal client needs

Writing requirements specifications and reviewing IT functional specifications

End-to-end testing (or monitoring thereof) on impacted IT systems

Managing the rollout of improvements

Change management with Back-Office users (writing user guides, training, etc.)

Facilitating working sessions, coordinating various contributors, and reporting on the progress of your assigned scope.
Python skills are a real plus.
Qualifications
- You have good knowledge of the finance sector
- You have remarkable analytical and writing skills.
- You can communicate equally well with developers and the business side.
- Your English is fluent.
