Job description
The mission will take place at the heart of the relationship between the Back-Office Credit operational teams and IT, in order to drive the evolution of business tools and processes.
Participation in the strategic evolution of credit management software in France and internationally.
In this role, the main responsibilities are:

Collecting, arbitrating and prioritising the needs of internal clients

Writing requirement statements and reviewing IT functional specifications

Carrying out (or monitoring) "end-to-end" testing on the IT systems impacted

Managing the deployment of changes

Leading change management with Back-Office users (writing user guides, training materials, etc.)

Facilitating working sessions, coordinating various contributors and reporting on progress of the scope entrusted to you.
Experience in Python is a real plus.
Qualifications
- You have a good knowledge of the finance sector
- You have outstanding analytical and writing skills.
- You can communicate just as well with developers as with the business side.
- You have a fluent level of English.
