Job Description
Your missions are as follows:
- Participate in scoping workshops,
- Assist users with data preparation,
- Perform technical acceptance testing, support incidents, and act as a liaison in production operations with the Managed Service Provider and the Vendor,
- Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of various market applications, in coordination with users,
- Support users on a daily basis by proposing adapted solutions,
- Document requests and complete functional and technical specifications,
- Supervise the Vendor and Integrator in the execution of anomaly corrections or evolutions,
- Perform acceptance testing for corrections and first-level functional testing,
- Participate in change management,
- Monitor deadlines and budget.
Qualifications
- You have good knowledge of trading (products, operations, regulations).
- You have remarkable analytical and writing skills.
- You are able to communicate effectively with both developers and the business.
- Your English is fluent.
