Job description
Your responsibilities are as follows:
- Take part in scoping workshops,
- Assist users with data preparation,
- Carry out technical acceptance testing, support incidents, and act as a liaison in production operations with the outsourced operator and the publisher,
- Provide corrective and evolutive maintenance for various market applications, in liaison with users,
- Support users on a daily basis by proposing suitable solutions,
- Document requests and complete functional and technical specifications,
- Supervise the publisher and the integrator in the correction of anomalies or evolutions,
- Perform acceptance testing of corrections and first-level functional acceptance testing,
- Take part in change management,
- Monitor deadlines and budget.
Qualifications
- You have a good knowledge of trading (products, operations, regulation).
- You have outstanding analytical and writing skills.
- You can communicate equally well with developers and with the business.
- Your English is fluent.
