Job Description
Business Development
- Client retention of your portfolio (one account to take over): regular meetings (significant on-site presence), gathering new needs, client follow-up,
- Opening new areas: prospecting, client meetings, needs gathering and analysis, supporting clients and consultants during meetings,
- Commercial negotiation: pricing, start date, and other contractual terms.
- Building long-term commercial relationships.
Recruiting Future Consultants
Working closely with the recruitment team, you participate in recruiting future consultants.
- Technical and functional evaluation of candidates
- Determining the type of recruitment to propose to the candidate
- Organizing and participating in client interviews
Managing Consultants in Your Area
Your success depends on proactive management of your consultants' assignments.
- Managing inter-project transitions for your consultants
- Regular follow-up with consultants (minimum one monthly meeting)
- Organizing quarterly mission reviews with the client and consultant
- Managing complex situations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +5 (Engineering School/Business School or equivalent), you dream of joining a young and dynamic company?
- An interest in IT and the insurance sector is essential.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset: your ambition is to be able to develop and manage a business from scratch.
- You are dynamic, tenacious, committed, and possess strong interpersonal intelligence.
