Job Description
We are recruiting a Branch Manager to lead one of our strategic accounts in the banking/finance sector, managing a team of 6 Business Development Engineers.
Your main responsibilities:
- Define and drive the commercial strategy of your business unit.
- Manage the financial performance of the branch.
- Manage and develop the skills of a team of Business Development Engineers
- Strengthen Meritis' presence on the account (existing referencing), conduct high-level negotiations.
- Participate in the recruitment of consultants and their follow-up.
- Work in coordination with internal teams (HR, recruitment, commercial management)
- Lead the branch's activities and ensure smooth collaboration between on-site teams
Qualifications
Profile Sought
- Confirmed experience in branch management, commercial management, or Business Unit leadership in IT consulting or consulting firms
- Knowledge of IT and finance
- Strong expertise in business development and team management
- Leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and results-oriented mindset
