Overview

You will join the Group Technology structure of Intesa Sanpaolo and will be responsible for translating business, regulatory, and methodological requirements into structured and unambiguous functional specifications, usable by both developers and AI agents, ensuring alignment between business, Risk Management, and application solutions.

What your activities will be

  • Analyze business, regulatory, and methodological requirements in the Credit Risk field, with a focus on Rating processes
  • Translate stakeholder needs into structured, clear, and unambiguous functional specifications
  • Define business rules, acceptance criteria, and functional constraints usable by development teams and AI agents
  • Support the adoption of AI-enabled development models, ensuring the quality and consistency of specifications
  • Collaborate with Risk Management, business owners, architecture, and IT teams for the correct implementation of solutions
  • Verify the consistency between requirements, functional specifications, and outputs produced by applications or AI agents
  • Manage functional documentation, ensuring traceability, versioning, and continuous updates

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

  • 3-5 years of experience in functional analysis in the banking sector
  • Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Management Engineering
  • Advanced knowledge of functional analysis and requirements formalization
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured and unambiguous specifications
  • Knowledge of Credit Risk processes and creditworthiness assessment
  • Knowledge of banking Rating methodologies and systems
  • Use of AI tools for the production, validation, and control of functional specifications
  • Ability to define business rules, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
  • Knowledge of documentation and collaboration tools
  • English level minimum B1

The following knowledge is considered a preferential qualification:

  • Basel regulatory frameworks
  • Credit Risk information systems
  • AI-enabled development methodologies
