Overview
You will join the Group Technology structure of Intesa Sanpaolo, where you will design, develop and maintain software solutions, leveraging advanced AI tools to accelerate development, testing and documentation activities, ensuring high standards of quality, security and reliability in a highly regulated banking environment.
What your responsibilities will be
- Develop applications and software components using Artificial Intelligence tools to support the development lifecycle
- Use AI agents for code generation, refactoring, automated testing and technical documentation
- Validate the outputs produced by AI, verifying their quality, reliability, security and compliance with company standards
- Analyse and resolve application anomalies, functional issues and edge cases
- Integrate the developed solutions with APIs, microservices and legacy systems
- Collaborate with architects, functional analysts and business teams in defining application solutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI-enabled development practices and the efficiency of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Support the adoption of innovative tools and frameworks for AI-assisted development
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- 3-5 years of experience in application maintenance/system analysis of complex IT systems
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related STEM disciplines
- Knowledge of software development in enterprise contexts
- Knowledge of microservices, APIs and application integration
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Use of generative AI tools to support development
- Testing, debugging and code validation skills
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- English at a minimum level of B1
The following skills are considered a preferred qualification:
- Credit Risk and banking Risk Management
- Calculation of Risk Weighted Assets (RWA)
- SAS language and ETL processes
- AI orchestration frameworks and LLM integration
- Having completed study and/or work experience in an international context.

Annual gross salary starting from €40,000
