Overview

You will join the Group Technology structure of Intesa Sanpaolo and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions, leveraging advanced AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation activities, while ensuring high standards of quality, security, and reliability in a highly regulated banking environment.

What your activities will be

  • Develop software applications and components using Artificial Intelligence tools to support the development cycle
  • Use AI agents for code generation, refactoring, automated testing, and technical documentation
  • Validate the outputs produced by AI, verifying their quality, reliability, security, and compliance with company standards
  • Analyze and resolve application anomalies, functional issues, and edge cases
  • Integrate developed solutions with APIs, microservices, and legacy systems
  • Collaborate with architects, functional analysts, and business teams in defining application solutions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI-enabled development practices and the efficiency of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Support the adoption of innovative tools and frameworks for AI-assisted development

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

  • 3-5 years of experience in application maintenance/system analysis of complex IT systems
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related STEM disciplines
  • Knowledge of software development in enterprise contexts
  • Knowledge of microservices, APIs, and application integration
  • Knowledge of the software development cycle and Agile methodologies
  • Use of generative AI tools to support development
  • Skills in testing, debugging, and code validation
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • English level minimum B1

The following knowledge is considered a preferential qualification:

  • Credit Risk and banking Risk Management
  • Calculation of Risk Weighted Assets (RWA)
  • SAS language and ETL processes
  • AI orchestration frameworks and LLM integration
