In spring 2018, Zalando Beauty Station opened as the first brick-and-mortar cosmetics store of Zalando SE in Berlin-Mitte. Across 160 square meters, Beauty Station presents more than 53 brands from the areas of skin and hair care, fragrances and decorative cosmetics from all over the world. In addition, it offers hair & make-up services to our customers to create an unforgettable shopping experience.
Are you a true beauty fan who loves always knowing the latest trends? Do you radiate positive vibes and have sales in your blood? Then you're exactly right with us! We are looking for you as a Beauty Expert (all genders) on a part-time basis (15h/week)!

- Create impressive customer experiences. Prepare an inviting atmosphere for our customers by responding individually to their needs. In doing so, you conduct sales conversations in both German and English.
- Unfold your creativity and your contagious passion, and demonstrate your knowledge of our unique brands and products.
- Leave a shining first impression on our customers by keeping the store clean and tidy and supporting visual merchandising.
- Contribute to a perfect shopping experience for our customers by making sales and handling cash register transactions part of your daily tasks.
WE WOULD LOVE TO GET TO KNOW YOU IF…
- You bring several years of experience selling cosmetics or beauty products and have good product knowledge as well as a feel for trends in the beauty and lifestyle industry.
- Your positive presence and your service- and customer-oriented way of working set you apart. You love proactively engaging with our customers every day and have excellent communication and sales skills.
- You bring a strong enthusiasm for teamwork and have English skills to communicate with the team. In addition, a high level of commitment is one of your strengths.
- You recognize what needs to be done even without detailed instructions and enjoy developing creative customer solutions.
