The Associate Director of Student Employment (`CuseWorks) oversees the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive training and development program for student employees. Reporting to the Director of Student Employment, this role ensures compliance with health, safety, and professional development training while equipping students with career readiness skills. Additionally, the Associate Director manages key operational tasks to maintain a seamless experience for student workers across campus.
