A generous_pto package at the US bar of 30 total days: permanent EHRA Non-Faculty staff hired from 2025 earn 26 days of Personal Leave a year, and the 2026 calendar has 12 paid holidays including a 24-29 December winter break (38 total days at entry; 36 for staff hired before 2025 on 24 days of Annual Leave). Sick leave (96 hours a year, uncapped) is separate.

Time off

26 days of Personal Leave a year from the first month (24 days of Annual Leave if hired before 2025), 12 paid holidays in 2026 with a winter break from 24 to 29 December, and 96 hours of sick leave a year with no carry-forward limit.
