Job Description
What does your working day look like...
-
Together with your Front Office Manager, you ensure smooth operations at the Front Office
-
You look after the concerns of your staff and stand up for them
-
You make sure not only that guests are satisfied, but also that they are delighted
-
You are responsible for billing and all administrative matters
-
You act as a role model for the employees in your department
-
and - last but not least - you are the point of contact for all matters of the hotel
Qualifications
Your personality counts for more than your CV...

Training in hospitality and work experience at the Front Office are desirable

First leadership experience in a comparable position
-
Knowledge of genuine Hamburg insider tips

Ability to delight guests and colleagues

Passion for being a host
