AV & Kitting area, you ensure the proper repair, maintenance and optimization of our assemblies through your independent and meticulous way of working. Main responsibilities
- Repair and remanufacture of mechanical components on CNC-controlled and conventional machine tools for assembly, packaging, labeling, inspection and palletizing systems for liquid medicines
- Creating CNC programs as well as maintaining and servicing machine tools
- Design, manufacturing planning and documentation of small test and inspection fixtures
- Repair of complex assemblies including disassembly, cleaning, damage analysis, spare part identification, and reassembly with documented functional testing
- Processing work orders, including prioritization by urgency and manufacturing the required components
- Independent management of consumables and spare materials, as well as creation and functional testing of (electro-)pneumatic assemblies
- Documentation of activities and changes to machines and systems, and continuous monitoring of the current state of technology in the field
About you

Experience: Prior work experience in manufacturing with machine tools is required

Social skills / technical abilities:
- CNC knowledge with relevant work experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing parts based on technical drawings, sketches, and operating and repair manuals
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Resilience and flexibility
- Teamwork skills
- Independent, meticulous and precise way of working
- Analytical thinking

Education: Completed training in a technical field, e.g. machining mechanic, precision mechanic, tool mechanic, or a comparable qualification

Languages: Good German skills, spoken and written
