Responsibilities:
- Perform continuous monitoring of the stability and performance of Serasa Experian models;
- Conduct investigative analyses regarding instabilities and profile changes, based on inquiries from internal and external clients;
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards for KPI control and tracking of critical metrics;
- Collaborate with partner areas to propose improvements and ensure the reliability of models in production.

- Analytical and inquisitive, with the ability to identify patterns and propose new solutions;
- Good communication skills for interactions with clients and business areas;
- Proactive, with a focus on results and quality.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Python for data analysis and automation
- SQL for data manipulation and extraction in relational environments
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of Gen AI and development of systems with generative artificial intelligence will be considered a plus
