Job Description
We are looking for a Product Manager for receivables products, with experience in Agile methodology, to work across the product cycle, opportunity mapping, and result generation through the use of data, customer journey, and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
What we're looking for in you:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;
- Communication, negotiation, and collaborative leadership skills;
- Knowledge of receivables.
- Knowledge of agile methodology and product management;
- Experience in managing financial products and data-driven decision making.
- Customer focus;
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Manage the end-to-end receivables journey, from invoice issuance through accounting and receivables anticipation.
- Map new opportunities and lead projects, influencing internal and external partners.
- Work across the product cycle as a business area leader, influencing other business areas, development, UX, channels, marketing, CRM, and others.
- Ensure clarity, detail, and quality of stories with the PO.
- Monitor product performance, collect customer feedback, and suggest improvements.
- Track and grow the number of customers using the product, financial results, and growth actions with partners.
- Monitor competition.
- Work with an analytical and data-driven mindset, defining and tracking relevant OKRs and KPIs.
