Job Description

Act strategically in the evolution of Fraud Scores and KYC products, contributing with data-driven decisions, excellence in execution, and impact on the results of global and local clients, while developing yourself as a future reference in the subject.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Fraud Scores, KYC, and related solutions products, participating in the entire lifecycle — from discovery to delivery and results measurement.
  • Contribute to defining and evolving the product vision and strategy.
  • Build and prioritize backlog and roadmap using data analysis and feedback.
  • Conduct technical and functional discovery initiatives in partnership with Engineering, Data, and risk teams.
  • Support decisions considering risk, conversion, user experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Understand, propose, and monitor product performance.
  • Monitor fraud trends, regulation, and market.
  • Work with stakeholders communicating results, hypotheses, and learnings.
  • Prepare executive reports, own forums to provide visibility of evolutions, deliverables, and value generated to the market.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Excel; Python desirable.
  • Experience with data-driven products and experimentation.
  • Ability to understand APIs and technical integrations.
  • Analytical skills and decision-making ability.
  • Good communication and data storytelling.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Higher education in Administration, Economics, Data Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Communication, negotiation, and collaborative leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies in product management.
  • Experience in product management with data-driven decision-making.
