You work on consulting and software development projects for clients such as AXA, BMW, Deutsche Bahn, and ZDF

You design, develop, and implement software solutions by applying AI methods and tools throughout the entire software development process (e.g., LLMs, agentic frameworks, code generation, and test automation)

You identify and evaluate AI use cases and translate business requirements into actionable concepts

You develop ML/AI solutions from prototype to production (including data preparation, training, evaluation) and take on technical leadership responsibility within and beyond your project

You bring models into operation (e.g., MLOps: versioning, deployment, monitoring/drift) and work closely with engineering and business units

You use common technologies such as Python, R, Java, and SQL depending on the project

What sets you apart:

You have successfully completed a university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline

You have several years of practical experience in AI development from requirements to production
-
You possess a solid technical understanding of common ML methods (e.g., classification/regression, clustering), quality assurance/evaluation, and very good practical knowledge of Python, SQL, and Java

You think entrepreneurially, act with a customer focus, and are happy to take on responsibility

You speak fluent German (at least C1 level) and very good English (at least B2)
