micro1 is engaging Video Annotation Experts to contribute to a customer’s project focused on refining AI learning capabilities through advanced video annotation. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
- Identify and segment recurring events within short video clips according to project guidelines.
- Annotate each detected event precisely, providing accurate start and end timestamps.
- Craft concise, clear, and consistent written descriptions for every annotated event.
- Ensure all annotation submissions meet strict quality and consistency standards.
- Collaborate via written and verbal communication channels to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.
- Review and refine your own annotations to align with evolving project instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective annotation and communication.
- Demonstrated experience in video annotation, content moderation, writing, video editing, videography, or closely related areas.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-accuracy data labeling.
- Ability to follow complex annotation guidelines and quickly adapt to feedback.
- Background in AI training projects or experience with data annotation for machine learning is a plus.
