Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Technology, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is an advantage.

Job Description:
Lead and develop the after-sales organization nationwide, overseeing Customer Success and Technical Support teams to ensure customer adoption, satisfaction, value realization, technical excellence, and long-term retention throughout the entire post-sale customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy and execution of after-sales activities in the country.
Manage and develop the Customer Success and Technical Support teams.
Ensure an excellent and comprehensive customer experience after the sale.
Drive customer adoption, retention, and value realization.
Oversee technical support operations and service performance.
Identify and mitigate customer-related risks using operational and adoption data.
Generate strategic insights to improve products, services, and customer outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders at the commercial, operational, regional, and global levels.
Ensure successful launches and service readiness for new solutions.
Drive continuous improvement, governance, and operational excellence.
