Join Lunii as an ADV Assistant!
Reporting to Sabrina within the Sales team and replacing our current ADV Assistant during her maternity leave, your mission will be to ensure the smooth running of administrative sales flows in close collaboration with the sales teams (notably the KAMs).
You play a key role in operational continuity and in making our ADV processes more reliable, in a context where certain activities are being brought in-house following the departure of our historical logistics provider in June.
Your main responsibilities will be:

Entering and tracking B2B customer orders (key accounts),

Customer invoicing,

Managing disputes (delivery, invoicing…),

Following up and chasing overdue payments in coordination with accounting and managing our customer receivables,

Handling after-sales requests.

Our ideal profile

You have a first professional experience in ADV, ideally in a company that is still structuring its processes.

You are comfortable with tools (ERP, Excel / Google Sheets) and want to help improve them day to day. You pay particular attention to the quality and reliability of data.

You are rigorous, organised, and enjoy working cross-functionally with different teams.

What we offer

Contract: 5-month fixed-term contract ASAP - Managerial status - Full-time days-based fixed fee (forfait jours).

Trial of a 4-day work week with Friday off.

Remote work: 2 mandatory days per week on site at our offices in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris.
