Academic Support Coordinator

The Interdisciplinary Neuroscience Program at Syracuse University seeks an Academic Support Coordinator to manage the daily administrative operations of its undergraduate and graduate offerings. Responsibilities include: managing ILM declarations, listservs, waitlists, and student communications; coordinating cross-departmental course scheduling for both the undergraduate Integrated Learning Major (ILM) and the graduate Interdisciplinary Neuroscience Concentration (I-GNC); tracking student progress and processing applications and Travel Awards; maintaining the program website and promotional materials; supporting budget oversight and reconciliations; organizing program events for the Neuroscience research community, and communications to support student engagement and recruitment. This is a 10-month per year position.
