Where Will I Work?

Workday UK and Ireland roles are based at the London office or Dublin (King's Building, May Lane, Dublin 7). The company operates a Flex Work hybrid model: rather than a fixed weekly cadence, Workmates spend at least 50% of their time each quarter in the office or in the field with customers, prospects, and partners (role-dependent). Some roles are designated remote "home office" and also meet in person for key moments that matter.
