Wise (LSE: WISE) is a London-headquartered global fintech founded in 2011, listed on the London Stock Exchange since 2021 and operating as the consumer brand behind fast, low-cost international money transfers and the Wise multi-currency account. Where will I work?
Wise operates a hybrid model with teams in 11+ key locations: London (HQ), New York, Austin, Tampa, Tallinn (Estonia), Budapest, Singapore, São Paulo, Stockholm, Tokyo, and Brussels among them. New joiners are expected "to be in the office most days to build connections and learn from colleagues for their first six months." After the first 6 months, most Wisers can work virtually "from (almost) anywhere in the world for up to 90 days a year" through the Mobile Wiser / WorkFlex programme.

Work-Life Balance
Wise's benefits philosophy is laid out plainly: all Wisers globally receive a minimum of 33 days paid time off per year (including local public holidays), 3 "Me Days" per year for personal admin, a paid 6-week sabbatical plus £1,000 financial support after 4 years at the company, and a minimum of 18 weeks fully paid parental leave for birth or adoption (after 1+ year at Wise, regardless of gender or partner's policy). On top of this, the WorkFlex programme allows working from almost anywhere for up to 90 days a year after the first 6 months. US locations get 36 PTO days; Estonia gets 4 months parental leave.
