• Hybrid by team: Each team sets its own hybrid principles locally, balancing remote flexibility with valuable in-person time.
• Thoughtful onboarding: New joiners spend more time in the office during their first six months to build relationships, learn our culture, and connect with teammates.
• Sustainable hours: Teams typically align to a 40-hour work week, with flexibility to set patterns that work for their deliverables and lives.

Time off and flexibility:

• Generous paid time off: Minimum 33 days per year globally (including public holidays); some locations offer more (e.g., US: 36 PTO days)
• Work from anywhere: After 6 months, most roles can work from (almost) anywhere in the world for up to 90 days per year — perfect for extended travel or visiting family abroad
• Me Days: 3 personal days per year specifically for life admin, mental health, or simply recharging
• Paid sabbatical: After 4 years with Wise, take 6 weeks fully paid sabbatical plus financial support to pursue your passions
