What is Wing Assistant?
Wing Assistant is a virtual-assistant staffing platform that recruits bilingual VAs from the Philippines, Latin America and other international markets and places them into US-client engagements. Founded to bring high-quality assistants to small businesses, Wing pairs each VA with a US-business client for ongoing administrative, marketing, customer-service, or operations support.
Roles span Executive Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Customer Service VA, Real Estate VA, Healthcare VA and similar knowledge-work positions. The platform offers both part-time (20 hr/week) and full-time engagements; the part-time slice is what we surface here.
Where will I work?
Fully remote. Most roles are placed from the Philippines or Latin America; client overlap with US business hours is typical.
What is the Wing team like?
Distributed VA team with strong onboarding and ongoing supervision. Wing handles training, quality, and client matching centrally.
Work-Life Balance
All 18 active PT roles are ~20 hours/week to start with potential to grow to full-time. Schedules typically align to client business hours.
