What is Welo Global?
Welo Global is a subsidiary of Welocalize (the multilingual content transformation company) focused on AI training and search quality rating. The Lever board hosts a network of Search Quality Raters who improve how AI/search engines deliver results across many languages — English (US), Hindi, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, and more.
Where will I work?
Fully remote. Language-specific roles target candidates resident in specific markets (e.g. Japanese-rater roles require Japan residency).
Work-Life Balance
Part-time rater roles offer flexible scheduling, typically 10-29 hours per week. W2 part-time employment with bi-weekly pay.
