About Vendavo
What is Vendavo?
Vendavo is a business-to-business software company that sells cloud-based pricing, quoting and rebate software to manufacturers and distributors. Its job ads describe "pricing, selling, and prescribing solutions" that help customers "manage, optimize, and digitize their end-to-end commercial processes", and name product lines including Pricing & Strategy Management, Sales & Quoting Solutions (Intelligent CPQ and Sales Optimizer), Profit and Margin Analytics, and Incentive & Channel Operations (Rebate and Channel Manager). The company page says "For nearly 30 years, Vendavo has helped enterprises navigate their commercial potential." The contact page states that "Vendavo is headquartered in Denver, with offices in Czech Republic and India", and the ads say the company is "backed by two of the top high-tech private equity firms in the world".
Where will I work?
The careers page says "Our team of over 300 work from all around the globe" and calls Vendavo "a remote-first company with offices in the United States, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Sweden, and India". On 6 November 2026 the Lever board held 8 live ads: four in Bengaluru, India (Principal Product Manager, Senior DevOps Engineer, Senior Financial Analyst (Workday Adaptive Developer) and Senior Quality Engineer), two in London, one in Düsseldorf and one in Prague. The two German-speaking Senior Sales Development Representative ads say "Fully remote based with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Germany" (Düsseldorf) or in the UK (London), while the Prague ad lists "Modern cozy offices in Prague, Hradec Kralove, and Ostrava". The four Bengaluru ads are tagged Hybrid in the Lever advert header, with no days stated; the careers page benefit lists include "Remote or hybrid work options" (Czech Republic) and "Remote-first work environment" (United States), but the India list names no remote option.
What is the Vendavo team like?
The careers page describes "a culture of flexibility, ownership, supportive collaboration, and continuous learning". The ads add that the company is "Anchored in our values (Integrity, Customer Centricity, Innovation, Clarity, Collaboration)" and promise "a team of friendly, skilled people where help is always within reach". The Prague ad lists "Team spirit in the workplace, and fun team activities", "Weekly English classes, international travel opportunities" and "Company-sponsored events for employees, volunteer tech talks, and tournaments". The live board is small, 8 ads on 6 November 2026, spanning product, cloud operations, finance, marketing and engineering; it holds no call-centre or talent-pool adverts, but the Senior DevOps Engineer ad says the role works rotating shifts.
Work-Life Balance
The careers page puts it plainly: "Work and life should be harmonious." On hours, "Flexible working hours" is listed as a benefit in 7 of the 8 live ads on 6 November 2026 (the eighth, a London Principal Product Manager ad, has no benefits list), across Product, Cloud Operations, Finance, Marketing and Engineering and across India (4 of 4), Germany (1), the UK (1 of 2) and Czechia (1). The Prague ad goes further: "Flexible working hours without micromanagement" and "Personal freedom and focus on individual responsibility". The careers page lists benefits country by country, with "Flexible working hours" for the Czech Republic, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands and "Flexible work schedules" for the United States and India. No core hours or required overlap window is stated in the ads or on the page; one Bengaluru ad asks for "the ability to work across time zones", and the Senior DevOps Engineer ad says the role works "shifts (Morning, Mid, and Night) rotating every month for 24x7 coverage". Beyond leave, the ads promise "4 recharge days, where the entire company goes on a brief pause in all geographies for 1 day each quarter". Annual leave varies by country in the ads: 18 vacation days plus 15 days of sick or casual leave in India, 25 days in the UK, 30 in Germany and 25 plus company days in Czechia.
