What is Treatwell?
Treatwell is the place to book hair and beauty online, and on the other side of every booking it runs what it calls "the industry's smartest salon management software, all connected to Europe's leading bookings platform". It works with more than 90,000 partner salons across 14 countries. Its mission is to transform the way the hair and beauty community and their clients connect, and its biggest challenge, it says, is that 70% of people still book offline by phoning the salon or walking in. In its own words: "We help salons run smoothly, help people find the treatments they love, and quietly nudge the whole industry forward."
Where will I work?
Treatwell's UK headquarters is its London office on St Andrew Street, one of "10 fabulous offices across Europe" alongside Amsterdam, Berlin, Paris, Milan, Madrid, Lisbon, Athens, Vilnius and Tunis. Its UK roles are hybrid and span marketing, design, PR, sales, account management and finance. Its community of 160-plus product engineers works across Europe, and "around half of us work remotely", with everyone brought together in person once or twice a year. What is the Treatwell team like?
Treatwell describes "a team of 700 passionate and brilliantly talented people across Europe", guided by four values: we raise the bar, we put customers first, we are genuinely open, and we work together beautifully. Engineers run hackathons twice a year, communities of practice across every discipline, book clubs and guest speaker sessions, and speak at conferences around Europe. Staff quoted on its careers site talk about the reward of helping small salon businesses grow, real room for career development and a culture of camaraderie, and the London office has Thursday drinks.
Work-Life Balance
"At Treatwell, you'll get 28 days holiday, plus bank holidays", which comes to 36 days a year with England's eight bank holidays, and 16 of its 18 UK postings on 26 September 2026 said the same. Hybrid working, ten days a year of working from abroad and OpenUp, a confidential mental wellbeing platform with 1:1 sessions with qualified psychologists, round out the balance.
