TradingView describes itself as "a charting platform and social network used by 100M+ traders and investors worldwide to spot opportunities across global markets". Its Teamtailor career site gives "Founded in 2011" and "Co-workers 700". Of the 29 live adverts we read on 5 November 2026, 12 are tagged Technology; the rest cover product, design, legal, finance, HR, strategy and operations, market data, and commercial and partnerships roles.
Where will I work?
The careers page lists open roles in Limassol (19), Tbilisi (17), London (5), New York (3), Pafos (2), Malaga (1), Warsaw (1) and Istanbul (1), and says TradingView is "based in 25 countries all over the globe, with five offices". Counting every country an advert lists, the live roles are in Cyprus (19 adverts), Georgia (17), the United Kingdom (5), the United States (2), Spain (1), Poland (1) and Türkiye (1); many Limassol and Tbilisi roles are open in both cities. Most adverts offer "a hybrid work format", and the newer ones add the pattern of most of the week in the office with "1 day remotely". The Málaga advert says "This role can be fully remote from anywhere in Spain or hybrid from our Málaga office", while the Poland and Türkiye roles are fully remote B2B contracts. Technology and product adverts add "Relocation support and private health insurance". A few adverts set a language bar: "Strong command of Russian is required" for an Engineering Manager, and "Working-level Russian and English (for internal communication, meetings, and technical documentation)" for a Backend Unit Lead.
What is the TradingView team like?
The adverts describe "A global, distributed team of 700+ professionals" (older adverts say 500+ or 600+) and add: "Our success is driven by 600+ professionals from 40+ countries who speak nearly 20 languages." LinkedIn describes a "tight-knit multinational team from 40+ countries, distributed globally, including across core offices in London, Malaga, and Tbilisi". The adverts promise "Learning, mentorship, and long-term career growth" and "Regular team events and company-wide meetups". Several roles are advertised in both Limassol and Tbilisi, and the London adverts cover legal, market data, business development and strategy and operations.
Work-Life Balance
Flexible hours are a stated benefit in 24 of the 29 live adverts on 5 November 2026, 23 of them with the line "Flexible working hours and a hybrid work format". The line appears in technology, product, legal, finance, HR, strategy and operations, commercial and market-data roles, and in all 5 adverts located in London, 16 of the 19 in Cyprus and 14 of the 17 in Georgia. Three more adverts, for marketing and finance-operations roles in Limassol and Tbilisi, give a start window instead: "Flexible start of the day - you can start working from 7 am to 11 am (Cyprus time)". The Türkiye contractor advert says "Flexible working hours - Start your day when it suits you best within our wide range of entry hours". No core-hours window and no leave allowance is stated in the adverts. One role is different: the Tbilisi Monitoring advert lists "Shift schedule 2/2 (day/night, 2 days off)" and does not carry the flexible-hours line.
