About TPXimpact
What is TPXimpact?
TPXimpact is a UK digital transformation consultancy. Its careers page calls it "a B Corp certified digital transformation partner dedicated to building a more impactful society", partnering with "public sector and third-sector organisations, from local councils to the NHS, to design, deliver and support modern digital services, data infrastructure and technology". It serves central government, place and infrastructure, health and not-for-profit clients, and its services include data, modern digital organisations, agentic AI and the TPXimpact Academy, which equips public-sector teams to lead in a digital-first world. The About page describes a brand community that includes manifesto, "the digital experience agency for changemakers", and KITS, an IT troubleshooter. TPXimpact Ltd is part of TPXimpact Holdings PLC and is registered in England and Wales.
Where will I work?
The postings say "We are a hybrid organisation", with offices in London, Bristol, Manchester, Chesterfield and Edinburgh, and the contact page lists eight hubs: London (the Whitechapel head office), Bristol, Cardiff, Chesterfield, Edinburgh, Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle. The Lead Solution Architect posting adds "You are welcome to work from the office as much or as little as you like", with occasional required in-person events and client sites "up to 3 days a week" for some projects; the Senior Service Designer posting expects one office day a week at a Leeds, London or Manchester office. The Senior Business Analyst posting is "a permanent role based from home with occasional travel". The careers page describes "highly collaborative, hybrid-working, cross-functional teams".
What is the TPXimpact team like?
The careers page says its teams are "made up of digital specialists, creative thinkers and operational experts" and that its delivery teams "stay by our clients' sides until the product is live, stable and delivering value". The postings describe multidisciplinary client teams: a Design Principal leads teams "including design, tech and data capabilities", a Senior Delivery Manager is accountable for complex projects and drives pace against policy and programme deadlines, and a Senior Impact Analyst contributes to the Research and Analysis Community of Practice. Eleven roles were open on 2026-10-18 (nine TPXimpact's own and two manifesto's), each with its pay band shown, for example £26,200 - £32,750 for a Finance Assistant and £70,000 - £80,000 for a Design Principal. The careers page reports a 2026 Small Cap Workplace Excellence Award and a belonging and inclusion score of 74%.
Work-Life Balance
The careers page says "With 30 days of holiday plus bank holidays, you'll have plenty of time for family, travel, or self-care", and each of the nine TPXimpact postings says "30 days holiday + bank holidays". It adds that flexible working "gives you the freedom to shape your schedule", describes "setting your own hours" among its flexible options, and says "High-performance work shouldn't demand a compromised personal life". Staff also get two paid volunteer days, two guaranteed personal development days a year and "a sabbatical year out". Some client work asks for travel or client-site days, which the postings say average about one day a month for most consultants.
Perks and Benefits
The postings list "Employer pension contribution of 5%", a health cash plan, life assurance, an Employee Assistance Programme, a personal learning and development budget, a Share Incentive Plan, the Cycle to Work Scheme and electric vehicle leasing, financial advice and health assessments. Parental leave is listed as "6 months Maternity Leave, 3 months Paternity Leave", with the pay level not stated, and the careers page adds discretionary time off for fertility treatments and caring responsibilities. TPXimpact is an accredited Living Wage employer and has "an annual sharing-in-success bonus".
