What is Tortuga?
Tortuga designs award-winning, carry-on-sized travel backpacks and bags for urban and city travel. Founded in 2009 by Fred Perrotta and Jeremy Cohen, it is a bootstrapped, profitable brand that has been remote-first for over a decade.
Where will I work?
From anywhere. Tortuga is — and always has been — 100% remote: work from home, a coffee shop, a co-working space, or another country.
What is the team like?
A small, remote-first team with a (mostly) asynchronous, deep-work culture that minimises meetings and distractions.
