About TaskRay
What is TaskRay?
TaskRay builds post-sale work management software that lives entirely inside Salesforce. The company describes its mission as making sure "businesses get off to a great start with a flawless customer experience once the opportunity is marked Closed Won", and positions itself as "the leader in post-sale work management in the Salesforce ecosystem". Customers run onboarding, implementations and repeatable delivery work — templates and automation, project and portfolio views, resource planning and analytics — without leaving their CRM. The product line now extends into AI: TaskRay is building agent capabilities and an MCP server layer over its project and onboarding data, and pairs with Salesforce Agentforce. It sells into technology and SaaS, healthcare, life sciences, financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing and franchising.
Where will I work?
TaskRay is "made with love from Denver, Colorado". It keeps "a collaborative hub in Denver" but describes itself as "proudly hybrid-first": "While we love seeing you in person occasionally, we trust you to work from where you are most productive." The arrangement varies by role and is spelled out in each advert. Some postings are hybrid and Colorado-based, one expecting the hire in the office regularly for the first two to three months and then one to two days a week. Others are open across the United States, with people outside Colorado connecting virtually and meeting at all-company events.
What is the TaskRay team like?
Culture is treated as central: "We look for team members who share our values and bring them to life in their own ways." The four values are Connection ("focusing on the 'We' rather than the 'I'"), Integrity ("We are transparent, sharing information and feedback freely"), Hunger ("We have high expectations and expect high performance") and Thrive ("We show up as real human beings who speak from the heart"). Teams span engineering, product, sales, marketing and customer success, and the company is candid about its size — one engineering advert notes: "We are small, the work is real, and shipping speed matters."
Work-Life Balance
The headline is the FriYAY Program: "Enjoy a 3-day weekend every other week! We rotate schedules so you get every other Friday off without using a single PTO day." Time off is Flexible PTO — "No caps, no counting hours. Just coordinate with your team and take the time you need to recharge" — and a $1,000 bonus is paid for taking five consecutive days off, twice a year. Family leave runs to 12 weeks, and 16 weeks for birthing people, all at 100% of base salary. Long tenure earns a paid sabbatical.
