What is Tanium?
Tanium is the Autonomous IT company. As its team puts it, "Tanium is the Autonomous IT company. Driven by AI and real-time endpoint intelligence, Tanium Autonomous IT empowers IT and security teams to make their organizations unstoppable." Founded in 2007 by co-founders David and Orion Hindawi, Tanium has built "a single, unified platform for endpoint management and security" that "many of the world's leading organizations trust… to innovate faster, stay resilient and move business forward with confidence, at scale." Its platform spans endpoint management, exposure and risk-and-compliance, and security operations. Its recognition includes "a place on the Forbes Cloud 100 list for ten consecutive years."
Where will I work?
Tanium operates "17 offices across 15 countries" as a global organization. In the US, roles are based out of hubs including Addison (TX), Bellevue (WA), Durham (NC), Emeryville (CA), and Reston (VA). The company runs a hybrid model: positions "follow… the Company's hybrid schedule which currently requires employees to work in the office… a minimum of three days per week" at one of those locations. Some sales and solution-engineering roles are posted as remote within a country, but most corporate roles are hybrid.
What is the Tanium team like?

Beyond paid time off, "each of our team members has 5 days set aside as volunteer time off (VTO) to contribute to the communities they live in and give back to the causes they care about most." Note the standard schedule is a five-day hybrid week (minimum three days in office), not a reduced-hours arrangement.
