About Syndigo
What is Syndigo?
Syndigo powers the future of commerce by transforming product data into dynamic experiences. Through its Product Experience Cloud, the company unifies product data, powerful connections, and purpose-built AI into a single, adaptive platform — eliminating silos and enabling seamless data exchange across what it calls the world's largest and most robust network of brands and retailers. In practice, Syndigo handles product information management (PIM), master data management (MDM), and content syndication for enterprises that need accurate, rich product content distributed everywhere their customers shop. The scale is substantial: more than 18,000 enterprises globally, 3,500+ retail-brand connections, and over 330 million assets published, serving 50,000+ users across 15,000+ brands. Syndigo's mantra captures the ambition neatly — "Data Unlocked. Potential Unleashed."
Where will I work?
Syndigo runs a hybrid model built around regional "Centers of Excellence." Office-based teams come in two days a week, with Wednesday set as the shared in-office day across all Centers of Excellence and the second day kept flexible for team coordination. The company is headquartered in Chicago (141 W Jackson Blvd.), with additional hubs in Bangalore, India and Cologne, Germany. Some roles are open to fully remote hiring based on business needs — current openings include remote positions across Germany, Poland, and Portugal, alongside on-site roles in Chicago, Bengaluru, and London. Remote team members are brought together in person at least once a year. With 1,400+ employees across 14 countries, it's a globally distributed organization.
What is the Syndigo team like?
Culture at Syndigo is anchored in five values: Customer First, Always Accelerate, Disrupt The Status Quo, Unstoppable Together, and Get It Done. Diversity, equity and inclusion is something the company says is "woven into our fabric," framed as central to how it stays an industry leader. The work is technically ambitious — teams build real-time decisioning, predictive analytics, and production ML handling 1,000+ requests per second on massive eCommerce datasets — so it suits people who like solving hard data problems at scale.
Work-Life Balance
Syndigo backs its hybrid model with deliberate work-life practices. "Weekly Quiet Hours" give employees protected time to focus, recharge, and get work done without interruptions, and the company observes Summer Fridays. Generous Paid Time Off is supplemented by parental/adoption leave, grandparent leave, and bereavement leave, plus paid volunteer time off.
Perks and Benefits
For full-time U.S. employees, Syndigo offers competitive health insurance, PTO and volunteer time off, employer-paid short- and long-term disability, parental and adoption leave, and a 401(k). Company-wide, benefits include comprehensive healthcare, mental health support, life insurance, retirement/pension plans, and wellness programs. Professional growth is supported through Leadership Blueprint programs, tuition reimbursement, ongoing coaching, and quarterly recognition.
