Its about page traces the story from "2009: Grammarly is founded" through Coda and Superhuman Mail, and says that in 2025 "Grammarly acquires Coda (now Superhuman Docs) and Superhuman Mail, launching Superhuman as the unified brand". Its careers page counts "1,500+ teammates" and "40M+ daily users".
Where will I work?
Its careers page says "Superhuman has nine hubs across North America and Europe. While we’re a distributed team, we invest in in-person collaboration with regular on-sites, hackathons, and coordinated days in each hub", and lists Berlin, Kyiv, Mountain View, New York, Porto, San Francisco (475 Sansome Street), Seattle, Vancouver and Warsaw. It adds: "Team members can choose how often they come into the office, and they earn additional wellness benefits depending on how many days per week they spend at a hub." Its postings read 2026-10-14 say "Superhuman offers a dynamic hybrid model, and candidates in this role can be based remotely. You may be expected to travel to meet in person during your team's scheduled collaboration weeks." Its Ashby board held 72 postings, 46 marked hybrid at a hub (San Francisco has 28) and 26 remote, across engineering, design, product, sales, strategy and operations, finance, legal and support.
What is the Superhuman team like?
Its careers page says "Our multicultural team spans the globe" and "One of Superhuman’s values is to be human-centered. That ethos begins with how we work together and care for our team." It describes "Superhuman Circles", which "are resource groups that foster connection, community, and inclusivity", and a first global Hack Week in San Francisco where "team members from 11 countries came together". Its postings name roles on the suite itself, such as a Staff Product Designer for Go and a Demand Generation Lead for Superhuman Mail, alongside engineering, sales, finance and legal.
Work-Life Balance
57 of its 72 postings, in the United States and Canada, say "20 days of paid time off per year, 12 days of paid holidays per year, two floating holidays per year, and flexible sick time": 20 + 12 + 2 = 34 days off a year, before sick time. Its careers page headlines "Generous time off & Supercharge Sabbaticals" and says "At your 5- and 10-year anniversaries, you’ll also unlock a Supercharge Sabbatical, which gives you an additional 20 or 40 days off to fully step away and reset." Its postings for Berlin, Porto, Warsaw, Ukraine and Argentina give other terms and are not shown. Superhuman does not publish a shorter working week.
