What is SINE Digital?
SINE Digital is a performance marketing agency based in London and New York that connects people with the experiences they love. The agency delivers cutting-edge digital marketing for live entertainment, sport, and e-commerce brands with a data-driven approach. Specialisms span paid media, SEO, data and insights, and digital strategy — and the agency has won the UK Search Awards for its work.
Founded in 2018, SINE has grown from a small founding team (testimonial mentions an "employee number 13") into a 66-person agency with West End theatre and Broadway venue clients. The agency has earned the Good Business Charter accreditation (June 2025) and is carbon neutral certified through Carbon Neutral Britain.
Where will I work?
Hybrid by design: "3 days in the office, 2 days remote." The London HQ is at 43 Whitfield Street in the West End. The New York office serves US theatre and venue clients. Work-Life Balance
The hybrid framework gives 2 remote days per week alongside 3 office days. Friday gets a 3pm finish year-round, "to kickstart your weekend early (business needs permitting)." Holiday is generous and increases with tenure: 25 days + UK bank holidays (or 24 days + US federal holidays), plus an extra day for each of your first three years, plus additional Christmas closure. Family-friendly and personal leave policies are enhanced above statutory minimums.
