Where will I work?
On-site at one of Silverado's residential communities. Currently hiring across California, Tennessee, and other states. Roles are facility-attached, not remote.
What is the Silverado team like?
Direct-care team at each community: nurses (LPN/LVN/RN), caregivers, activities professionals, and clinical leadership. Shift-based work with structured schedules.
Work-Life Balance
Part-time roles cover specific shifts (AM, PM, NOC) and days of the week. Hourly pay ranges $32-$48/hr depending on role and shift.
