What We Do
Signifyd's machine-learning fraud-protection platform protects merchants while letting them ship more orders and enter new markets. The product lines up across Chargebacks, Customer Success, Customer Support, Implementations, Risk Intelligence, Solutions Engineering, Data Science, Engineering and Sales — each named as a career track on the careers site. Salary ranges are disclosed in every US JD; a recent NorAm Director, Customer Growth role posts a $145,000-$190,000 base plus 20% annual performance bonus and up to 2,000 stock options.
Where Will I Work?
Signifyd has seven named offices — San Jose (HQ, 99 S Almaden Blvd), New York, Denver, Belfast, London, São Paulo and Mexico City — with many employees working 100% remotely. Current openings span the full geography: Belfast (Senior Software Engineer, Cloud Platform), Budapest (ML Engineer), São Paulo (Manager, Chargeback Intelligence), Mexico City, US-Remote, and a global "Talent Community" application path.
