What is Seven Starling?
Seven Starling is a virtual perinatal-mental-health platform delivering pregnancy and postpartum mental healthcare to women across the United States. The platform pairs licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) with patients via telehealth to provide comprehensive perinatal psychiatric care.
Seven Starling engages PMHNPs on a part-time W2 basis (~29 hrs/week with ~24 hrs of patient-facing time per week). Roles are state-licensed and operate within standard telehealth session windows.
Where will I work?
Fully remote, US-based. PMHNPs must hold state licensure for the states they serve.

Mission-driven women's perinatal mental health team with strong clinical leadership. Active clinical supervision and peer consultation.
Work-Life Balance
Part-time W2 roles with defined caseload (~24 hrs patient-facing, ~5 hrs admin/supervision). Schedule flexibility within session blocks; no nights, no weekends.
