About Sensory-Minds
What is Sensory-Minds?
Sensory-Minds is a digital transformation agency in Offenbach am Main, Germany. On 6 November 2026 its About page said "Founded in 2009 in Offenbach, Germany, Sensory-Minds has grown into a 100+ person digital transformation agency." and its home page described a team of strategists, designers and engineers who work for brands including Porsche, Miele, Merck, Playmobil and JTI. The adverts describe the team as "designers, UX specialists, coders, People & Culture, office team, and project leads with a focus on digital transformation" that builds "applications for our long-term clients". The legal notice lists Sensory-Minds GmbH at Ludwigstraße 12 in Offenbach am Main, registered at the Amtsgericht Offenbach am Main under HRB 44139.
Where will I work?
The head office is in Offenbach am Main, and the careers page says "While your homebase is Germany, we provide flexible remote-work options and workation opportunities." The culture page adds "From home or from the office – whatever floats your boat and gets you in the right flow." Both adverts live on 6 November 2026 show the range. The IT System Administrator role is based in the Frankfurt/Offenbach area, and the advert says "work closely with the team from our office three days per week". The Web Support Engineer role is "fully remote, your home base in Colombia", with a stack that includes PayloadCMS, Next.js, TypeScript, gRPC, MongoDB, Redis, Docker and Kubernetes.
What is the Sensory-Minds team like?
The culture page says "Our philosophy is simple: Empower the team and trust them to get the job done." and lists the value "We build on individuality, not conformity." On 6 November 2026 the IT advert put the team at "approx. 100 people". The careers page describes a four-step process: an intro chat with a Talent Manager, a deep dive with a member of the C-level team, a trial day ("Experience our culture firsthand in a trial day – remote or at our office.") and then an offer. It also says "English is our daily business language, but Offenbach is our base. We offer German courses for all international colleagues." and describes a relocation package with "visa support, travel allowance, and a furnished apartment for your first month".
Work-Life Balance
Both adverts list "Reducing overtime with our 'flex friday'." and the careers page explains it: "Any overtime accumulated during the workweek can be compensated with our Flex Friday." So Flex Friday is how accumulated overtime is compensated; the pages do not say how often it can be used or for how many hours, and no cut in weekly hours is stated. The culture page adds "Choose how many hours per week are in your contract – 40, 30, 20, or something in between – it’s all up to you!" and "Full-time, part-time, flex-time – any time!" The pages do not say how pay changes with the contract hours. It also says "December 24 and December 31 are always off. For these two days, we only deduct one vacation day in total instead of two." and the careers page offers "You can take up to 5 additional child sick days to take care of your little one without using your vacation days." Annual leave day counts are not stated, and no work-life review site could be read, so no independent rating is recorded. Only two adverts were live on 6 November 2026.
