About Salesloft
What is Salesloft?
Salesloft builds an AI-powered Revenue Orchestration Platform that helps sales and other market-facing teams prioritize their work and take the right action at the right time. Founded in Atlanta in 2011, the company has grown into one of the best-known names in sales engagement, with thousands of customers running revenue on its software. Salesloft has since joined forces with Clari, and the combined "Clari + Salesloft" organization describes its mission as building "the industry's first Predictive Revenue System" — using AI and real-time signals to help revenue teams make smarter, more confident decisions.
Where will I work?
Salesloft is a hybrid employer with a global footprint. Its headquarters is in Midtown Atlanta (1180 W Peachtree St), with additional offices in London (HYLO, Bunhill Row) and Guadalajara, Mexico. Many roles are hybrid and tied to one of these hubs — office-based roles "require the ability to be onsite… as needed" and ask candidates to be based locally — while a number of US positions are posted as fully remote. Expect a model that blends in-office collaboration at a regional hub with flexibility.
What is the Salesloft team like?
Salesloft employees call themselves "Lofters," and the culture is anchored by a stated core value of "team over self." The company emphasizes hiring for "culture add, not culture fit" and is an equal-opportunity employer focused on building an inclusive workplace "where everyone belongs and can thrive." Teams describe themselves as fast-paced, ambitious and mission-driven — the enterprise sales org rallies around a shared vision to "fundamentally transform the way buyers and sellers drive repeatable outcomes."
Work-Life Balance
Salesloft backs work-life balance with a genuinely flexible time-off philosophy: PTO is "untracked and Flexible," and on top of that the company observes a full company-wide shutdown week and regular company holidays so people can rest at the same time. Parental leave is generous — 16 weeks fully paid for maternity and 6 weeks fully paid for paternity, plus a 12-month diaper subscription and a phased transition back to work. After six years, employees become eligible for a paid six-week sabbatical with a stipend.
Perks and Benefits
Health coverage runs through Cigna (medical, dental and vision), with company HSA contributions and a 401(k) with up to a 4% company match. Family-building and wellbeing are well supported: Carrot for fertility and family planning, and mental-health resources including Modern Health, Talkspace and Headspace. Professional growth is funded with tuition reimbursement of up to $5,250/year. Rounding things out are life and disability insurance, pet insurance, legal and identity-protection plans, and charitable-giving matches.
