runZero is a cyber asset attack surface management (CAASM) platform that gives security teams complete visibility across their entire digital footprint. Founded in 2018 by HD Moore — the creator of Metasploit — runZero discovers and identifies every asset on a network including IT, OT, IoT, cloud, mobile, and remote devices, all without requiring agents, credentials, or appliances.

The platform uses a proprietary active scanning approach combined with passive discovery to build a comprehensive, real-time inventory of everything connected to an organization's network. This helps security teams identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and unknown assets that could be exploited by attackers.

Where will I work?

runZero is a fully remote company with no physical office. The entire team works remotely across the United States. The company chose to be remote-first from the beginning, believing that the best talent isn't concentrated in one city. The team comes together once a year for an in-person company kickoff.
