About RTB House
What is RTB House?
RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) headquartered in Warsaw, Poland. It describes its technology as proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms that help brands grow, and says it was founded in 2012 by mathematicians. Its careers page counts 1,500+ people on board and 90+ markets, and LinkedIn lists the company as privately held. The live job board carries roughly 70 roles across IT, technical support, sales, gaming, account management, finance and legal, so this is a mostly white-collar, client-facing and engineering employer.
Where will I work?
The head office is in Warsaw, and LinkedIn lists further offices in cities including London, Paris, Berlin, Madrid, Milan, Prague, Bratislava, New York, Sao Paulo, Singapore and Sydney. Set-up depends on the role and country. The Prague and Bratislava account manager role is hybrid, with "Wednesdays in the office, rest of the week you work remotely". The Warsaw machine-learning ads say you can "cooperate 100 % remotely or choose one of our office spaces in Warsaw or Cracow", and the German account manager ad lets you choose between working remotely, from the DACH office space or temporarily from another location in the world.
What is the RTB House team like?
Adverts describe the teams as groups of enthusiasts who share knowledge: the machine-learning ads promise "a team of enthusiasts with wide experience in ML" and a "no BS environment", and the account management ads stress a "properly international environment". New starters in the client services team are offered a structured onboarding programme and an Account Management Buddy. Engineering, security and research roles in Poland are advertised as B2B or contract-of-mandate cooperation, while roles in countries such as the UK and Germany list employee-style packages.
Work-Life Balance
The hours wording differs by team, so read each advert. Account management and research ads list "Flexible working hours" or "Flexible cooperation hours" as a benefit, and the Project Manager, Client Services advert adds "autonomy in organizing your daily delivery". Ads for the China and Taiwan teams offer a "Flexible work style including flex time and remote work". Several IT, security and research ads in Poland go further: "you work when it is convenient for you and devote as much time as you can; you can work fully remotely", and one engineering ad states "No core hours and 100% remote model". The German account manager ad says the company believes "in a healthy work-life balance". These statements come from job adverts; no company-wide hours policy appears on the careers page.
