Its Our Approach page says "Our expert team is at the forefront of both European and UK policy and legislation" and that it is "trusted by the UK Government, European Commission, and major international companies". Its services include strategic analysis for decision makers, regulatory compliance work such as the REACH chemicals regulation, stakeholder consultation, cost/benefit analyses and "qualitative and quantitative research including systematic and comprehensive data collection, literature reviews". It says "All of RPA's work is carried out to strict internal QA procedures, in line with BS EN ISO 9001."

How is it owned?

The posting for its Independent Chair role says "RPA has traded for 36 years and has been employee owned since 2019, becoming fully employee owned in July 2023", and that the company's Employee Ownership Trust "owns 100% of Risk & Policy Analysts Limited". Its job adverts add that "our people directly benefit from our success", with a tax-free profit share through the Employee Ownership Trust after six months, and its careers page calls its staff "co-owners".

Its careers page says "Our culture is inclusive, diverse, commercial, skilled and knowledgeable. People matter is one of our core values. Being employee owned builds on our culture."
