What is Revinate?
Revinate is a customer experience and revenue management platform built specifically for the hospitality industry, with 12,500 worldwide implementations across hotels, resorts, and other lodging properties. The company helps hoteliers understand their guests, build direct relationships, and grow revenue through a connected product suite: Revinate Guests (CRM), Revinate Marketing (campaigns), Reservation Sales (voice channel), Revinate Chat (messaging), and Guest Feedback (reputation management).
Led by CEO Bryson Koehler, with co-founders Marc Heyneker (Chairman) and Jay Ashton on the board, Revinate is on a mission to transform the hospitality industry — "more than we already have."
Where will I work?
Revinate is remote-first: "Our virtual work culture makes location irrelevant." The team of 480 Revinators is distributed across five international offices — "you might find us in California, Oregon, London, Singapore, Amsterdam, or Barcelona — or wherever the world takes us." The US main office is at 543 NW York Drive, #120, Bend, OR 97703. Revinators gather for purposeful off-sites and informal meetups, but day-to-day collaboration happens virtually.
